The internal working life depends on the degree of addition, editing and deletion of information. The supplier cannot be held liable in any way for the working life of the medium.

Complaints about the information medium:
Complaints about the product must be submitted in writing as soon as possible, but in any case within 7 days of receipt. A product that does not work, or does not work properly, must be returned to the supplier before it can be replaced. Refunds can only be made if the product has been returned and received and inspected by the supplier. Any demonstrable unacceptable damage sustained during transport may give rise to a replacement or refund, provided that the damage is notified to the supplier in writing immediately after receipt.
